[ventilationVest] – For natural cooling
The easiest and most comfortable way to cool down the human body is with ambient air. Taking off extra layers of clothing and exposing oneself to a refreshing breeze is a healthy reflex and normally sufficient. Over the millennia, the human system for regulating body temperature has adapted optimally using this method.
But, unfortunately, there is not always a cool wind blowing and it is not always possible to remove enough clothing – for instance, when work or protective gear must be worn.
It therefore makes sense to cool down with the [ventilationVest] when it is hot and not a breeze is stirring or in the case of airtight clothing – both indoors and outdoors.
The [ventilationVest] brings fresh air to your skin.

How it works
The cooling wear has a lining made of air-permeable and compression-proof spacer fabric. Ambient air, as a "coolant", is circulated by small battery-operated fans ("ventilation units"), which are placed in outer pockets, through this spacer fabric. The air is distributed evenly and circulates around the entire upper body of the wearer. In this way, warm air containing moisture from perspiration is carried away from the skin and replaced by fresh ambient air.
The result:
The body's own thermal regulation system is supported by prevention of moisture build-up and by cooling through evaporation.
